Some issues and solutions when calls from the app may not connect with the customer or vice versa

  1. Bikers not calling from their registered number
  2. Bikers not entering the pin after the IVR (message) 

The flow of the call is, Voice message -> entering pin -> ringing

After entering the pin, after a short time FE would hear ringing, that means the call is being connected to the customer.

If after entering the pin, call automatically hungs up/disconnects, FE should check whether the number from which you are dialling is registered and whether the pin is correct.

If the FE strictly follow this he/she would face no calling issues.
